Our T&Cs are transparent, and up front. Just like us.

There are a lot of reasons to engage Small Target that aren't to do with our terms or our pricing.

But we know that when you receive Search proposals, you flip straight to the back page to find out the price first. Of course you do!

So we've made things easier for you by putting a summary of your investment right at the front of our proposals.

Here are just three ways that we engage differently:

Our assignments are retained, and our fees are always fixed

A retained approach ensures we can dedicate the time and resources to ensuring the outcome you want.

Our fixed fee model means you know that we are not motivated to push the candidate with the highest remuneration.

And let's face it, it's much easier to raise a PO when you know the total!

If things go wrong we work with you to fix it quickly

A six-month guarantee is standard on search assignments and we can discuss twelve month arrangements on a negotiated basis.

If the candidate leaves after six months and one day, we aren't going to be 'those guys'. We're here for the long term.

And if other issues arise, we'll be on the phone straight away to discuss. This is a partnership, so we expect the same from you.

We won't take the assignment on if we aren't the best firm for you.
